A pregnant woman’s comfort is the most important. If she is not comfortable, then it can lead to various problems. Whether in a baby scan clinic, at home, or in a car, comfort should be your first priority. Yet, one of the biggest problems a pregnant woman faces is not able to find the right position to sleep, especially towards the end of the pregnancy. As your body grows, it becomes uncomfortable to sleep with the big belly. In most cases, it is advised to sleep on your left side. But, to make your sleep most comfortable, pregnancy pillows help a lot. Here are four different types of pillows that you can use during pregnancy.

It is designed to support your whole body. You can lie across it and it will work as your partner. It provides full support to your whole body including your bump. You won’t be able to toss and turn in your sleep while will keep your baby safe.
U-shaped Pregnancy Body pillow
These U-shaped pillows are specially designed to make it stay wrapped all around you. You can stay a bit propped up while sleeping if you prefer to sleep that way. Also, when you are in the third trimester, you will need to sleep on your side, you can use this pillow to support your front and back.
Inflatable Pregnancy Pillow
If you use this pillow, you won’t be needing anything else for sleeping. It is basically shaped like a life-raft, designed in a way for you to sleep on your stomach. Its design and shape will give you relief from aches and pains. It is the largest pregnancy pillow, but you can use in your first and second trimester. Sleeping on your stomach is not recommended in your third trimester.
Pregnancy Wedge Pillow
These wedge pillows are quite smaller than usual and very affordable. It is designed in a way to support only the targeted area like your bump or your back. If you don’t like too many pillows taking up your space in the bed, you can simply use one of these to support your backs while you sleep. Other than sleeping, use it while sitting too.
