  • 2 to 3 boiled and peeled eggs (depends on how many you are making)
  • ¼ th tsp black pepper (freshly ground adds the best taste)
  • Soft bread slices
  • Softened butter – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp

Method:

  • Wholegrain bread slices
  • Softened butter
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Healthy seeds of your choice (optional)

Method:

  • Butter the bread slices properly. Add bacon slices on your bread.
  • Sprinkle healthy seeds on your bacon slices.
  • Add lettuce leaves on them. Cover it with another buttered slice of bread.
  • Cook them in the sandwich maker for 2-3 minutes.

  • Salt to taste.

Method:

  • In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, all the spice powders, parsley leaves, and salt.
  • Butter the bread slices.
  • Spread the potato mixture evenly on the slices. Cover it with another bread slice.
  • Grill the sandwich.
